Staff Profiles
Peter R. Rossi, Jr., CPA brings 34 years of diversified public and private accounting experience to his firm. Prior to the formation of his firm, Peter was the Chief Financial Officer of a consulting company where he managed the company’s finance, tax, legal, human resource and external reporting operations. As CFO, he was instrumental in saving the company $7 million in current and future tax payments. He has also held the position of Controller of a company where he managed the financial, tax and treasury functions as well as several Internal Revenue Service audits. Prior to that, Peter managed a team at Mobius Management Systems, Inc. (MOBI), a publicly held corporation, where he played an integral role in the preparation and review of SEC Financial Statements and Management Discussion and Analysis in connection with a Company’s successful Initial Public Offering. At the beginning of his career he worked as a public accounting auditor for Ernst & Young, one of the big four public accounting firms. Peter holds a BS in Accounting from Marist College and is a CPA.
Jessica Rossi brings 32 years of broad experience to the firm. Prior to the formation of the firm she served as Chief Accountant for three major divisions of Conair Corporation. She was responsible for all accounting, budgeting and forecasting for the divisions. Jessica holds a BS in accounting from the University of Massachusetts.
